Usipack ®

USIPACK^® is a service provided by Industeel that allows us to deliver stainless steel annealed and pickled plates within 4 weeks ex-mill after receipt of an order.

This service is offered to simplify our customer's administrative requirements while providing high quality, fully certified, freshly and specifically produced material. It allows the resupplying of stock with much shorter lead times, with standardised material grades and sizes.

• Covered standards for chemical analysis and mechanical characteristics compliance are ASTM A240 and ASME SA240, plus EN10088-2 and EN10028-7 (finish 1D).
• Dimensions and finish requirements are per ASTM A480, ASME SA480 (finish 1) and EN 10029 class B. Flatness and dimensional tolerances are always within the normal range of applicable standards.

In addition, the materials are certified to TÜV and AD2000-W2 ,and corrosion tested in accordance with ASTM A262 practice E and/or ISO 3651-2 (fully equivalent).
