AMERIPACK is a service provided by Industeel that allows us to deliver stainless steel annealed and pickled plates within 6 weeks ex-mill after receipt of an order.

This service is offered to simplify our customer’s administrative requirements while providing high quality, fully certified, freshly and specifically produced material. It allows the resupplying of stock with much shorter lead times, with standardised material grades and sizes.

 
 
  • Covered standards for chemical analysis and mechanical characteristics compliance are ASTM / ASME A/SA240 and ASTM / ASME A/SA666 annealed, plus AMS 55xx series.
  • Dimensions and finish requirements are per ASTM / ASME A/SA480 finish 1 and AMS 2242F. Flatness and dimensional tolerances are always within the normal range of applicable standards.
 
 

In addition, the materials are corrosion tested in accordance with ASTM A262 practice.
