Industeel is for over 25 years one of the main supplier of welded Racks and Chords for the manufacturing of Jackup rig legs.

Mainly specialized in heavy pieces of extra-tough high strength steels, our products are perfectly adapted for premium Jackups (300’ + water depth) and designed for harsh environments.

Industeel is particulary equipped to meet the special requirements of
tube-sheets.
 

Strong Metallurgical know-how to produce a wide range of steel grades
A “quarto” rolling mill specially dimensioned to achieve up to 950 mm thick plates
A 12000 T on line Forging press for ingot soundness and compacity equivalent
to a standard forged product.

  “Tailor made” Flame cut pieces
   
  To improve our service and facilitate customers technical choices, Industeel propose to flame cut complex and heavy pieces in thick plates from customers drawings.
Our experience and know-how allow us to cut up to 900 mm with excellent aspect, tolerances and roughness (FCM* quality).
