These parts can be used directly by the customer.
Possible operations include forming, cutting, bevelling and welding.

  • Heads, half-heads, heads in several pieces (petals, crown)

  • Tubesheets in one piece or in several pieces ready for welding

Edges ready to be welded can be beveled by machining.

Parts for hydroelectric turbines:

  • runner chambers in complex shapes

Racks and chords for jack-up rigs:

  • Formed semi-cylindrical reinforcement pieces (chords)
  • Welded chord and rack components

Flywheels and pump impellers:

  • Flame-cut discs Formed and beveled plates (UF Aciers)
