Creusabro ®
The Creusabro® range is a high added-value steel solution for special abrasion applications with particularly severe operating conditions. It is designed as an extension to Industeel's standard abrasion products implementing water-quenched steel.
A carefully designed chemical formula combined with an optimal quenching process gives Creusabro® grades the superior properties that have made it a reference worldwide in the abrasion sector.
Whereas standard steels draw their wear resistance from the hardness obtained after water quenching, Creusabro® combines a number of innovative metallurgical concepts to achieve an effective increase in wear resistance once the product is in service, while greatly improving the workability of the steel.
