Industeel Belgium
Previously known as « Fabrique de Fer », the site of Industeel Belgium in Charleroi is specialised in plate fabrication from thin gauge (5mm) up to thick gauge (150mm) with a maximum plate weight of 16 t.
Through the flexibility of its Steel shop, Industeel Belgium can make both stainless and low alloy steel plates. Industeel Belgium has a worldwide reputation in the fabrication of 9%Ni steel plates for LNG storage tanks and is also the leading quarto plate producer of duplex stainless steels.
Industeel Belgium can also provide decoiled plates through its links with the Carinox coil mill (Arcelormittal Group).
